This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Knwn Local, LLC (“Knwn Local,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our YouTube growth and management services, email newsletter services (ella), content production, podcasting services, and all other digital marketing services.
Service Delivery
All Knwn Local services are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical products. Services are delivered through email, consultations, online dashboards, and digital content delivery. No shipping methods, times, or rates apply.
Refund Policy
All payments for Knwn Local services are non-refundable. This includes monthly subscriptions, setup fees, one-time fees, add-ons, and custom project fees.
Refunds may be considered only in limited cases: billing errors, duplicate charges, or if services are not rendered and not remedied within 30 days of written notice.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice to support@knwnlocal.com. Your cancellation notice must include your name, business name, email, and requested cancellation date.
Services continue during the 30-day notice period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for services already provided or the current billing cycle. Early termination of fixed-term subscriptions requires full payment of remaining fees.
Return Policy
Because Knwn Local provides digital services, returns are not applicable. Once content is created and delivered, it cannot be returned. We do, however, offer revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement and will address quality concerns promptly.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about billing or service delivery, please contact us first at support@knwnlocal.com. We aim to resolve issues within 14 days. If not resolved, disputes will follow the process outlined in our Terms of Service, including binding arbitration.
Chargeback Policy
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services, account termination, and recovery of chargeback fees and unpaid balances.
Payment Processing & Failed Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Failed payments may result in service suspension after 14 days. Late fees may apply.
Subscription Changes
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle; no refunds are given for the current cycle.

Modifications to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted here and emailed when necessary. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
